Lathe Operation -
The specifications of this component required the engineers to be able to view the operation of the mechanism inside the housing. Using Prism Polish allowed this Lexan material machined from solid to be polished as clear as glass. This was achieved with a plain paper napkin for hand polishing, a Dremel tool with a felt polishing tip, and a dab of polish.
