GetMachiningTools.COM wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will replace, refund, or issue credit on standard stock merchandise in unused condition. Returns must be pre-authorized and returned within 30 days of GetMachiningTools.COM original shipping date. Contact us at 410-552-4443 or e-mail us. Be sure to include your original packing slip (or a copy) or invoice in the package. Shipping must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments. Any claims or discrepancies in the shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. GetMachiningTools.COM reserves the right to decline the return or credit of any product deemed misused or non-saleable.
Damages, Shortages, and Claims
Should a UPS shipment arrive visibly damaged, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and call us at 410-552-4443 to request a replacement. We will immediately initiate a claim with the carrier and a new order for the damaged merchandise. Should you receive an UPS shipment with hidden damage, call 410-552-4443 to advise our office of the damages and we will assist you with your claim and enter a new order for the damaged merchandise if necessary. Keep ALL damaged goods, container and packaging until you are advised to dispose of them. All claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
